In 2016, we evolved into a pioneering co-operative—a move that gives the people we support, our teams, and our community a voice in shaping everything we do. Today, Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is proud to provide innovative care across Wales. From supported living to short breaks and home care, our services are as unique as the people we support. Everything we do is about creating opportunities and enabling individuals to lead the lives they want, their way.
